“The manager at Home Instead Ruislip provides an excellent service that allows peace of mind to the Elder receiving the service as well as those family members taking care of the Elder. Reliable and trustworthy, the carers we’ve had have been kind and treat my mother with respect and compassion. I appreciate their willingness to be accommodating for last minute requests. Overall, it’s a pleasure working with the manager and his team.”

We are confident that her carers are able to spot any signs of her being unwell, and always raise their concerns to us so that we can take action. They communicate efficiently so that everyone can work together to ensure mums safety and wellbeing. The lunch club has also been a great addition allowing mum to have her own social activities.
