These inclusive measures offer financial assistance for gender affirmation surgeries—just add "30 days paid leave" and "INR 2 lakh compensation" for a well-deserved break, and a little boost towards personal fulfillment. ## **Policies that Pack a Punch** Vedanta isn't just brushing up their HR handbook for kicks and giggles. Real changes are afoot: Imagine gender-neutral facilities, workshops that sensitize the less aware, and a generous education allowance for career growth.
